Write on the River is a writer's retreat in southwest Washington in October 2022, hosted by author Sheryl Scarborough. The event promotes writing, community, and publishing opportunities. The event hosts 15-20 authors annually and hosts acclaimed authors and a literary agent in residence.
Write on the River and the Kalama Public Library presents the Kalama Book Festival: Meet the Authors event. There will be fun, food, prizes, and best of all, meet and greet opportunities with your favorite authors.
Exciting news! Sheryl Scarborough's book To Catch a Killer (Erin Blake series, #1) was nominated by the school community for their prestigious 2023 One School, One Book programming at Newfound Regional High School and Newfound Memorial Middle School in New Hampshire.
